"Article Body" showing on Service Portal

Hello Everyone,

I'm publishing a KB article for the portal use (internal) and once the KB is published on portal, it is showing "Article Body" as am actual word on the portal before showing the article content. Do we have any solution for this?

Attaching a snapshot for your reference.

Hi @Riri

Are you using the template for this Knowledge Article (KA)? If yes, then in this context we had a similar issue two days ago, and there is no way to remove or hide it. It’s better to change the label name in the template itself.

RECOMMENDED INVESTIGATION STEPS

Check the KB Article Page widget in Service Portal Designer
Review the widget's HTML template for label rendering
Inspect the page using browser developer tools to identify the CSS class/element
Check if a Portal Theme CSS override can hide the label
Review any custom KB page variants that may be in use

QUESTIONS FOR CLARIFICATION

Is this occurring on the standard "kb_article" portal page or a custom page?
Does this affect all KB article templates or specific ones?
When did this issue start occurring? (After an upgrade, configuration change, etc.)
Are there any other field labels appearing that should be hidden?
