"Bubble" with count of items in service portal header menu

Hello,

I would like to add count of items which are contained in the header menu "To do" item - bubble with count of items in the list (please see attahced screen shot).

Hello Milan,

You can configure Menu Item with scripted list or List option.

1. Navigate to Service Portal > Menus on the Application Navigator.

2. Open the header menu record that you would like to work with.

3. Scroll down to the Menu Items Related List.

4. Select New and select one of type:

• Filtered List: Set conditions to determine which page to link to.
• Scripted List: Enter a script to determine which page to link to.
