"Catalog Item Removed" Error in RITM

Hi Team,

 

I am getting a "Catalog Item Removed" error in RITMs and there is no Assignment group , assigned to , Request  or Workflow attached to it.

 

I saw that it is a Known Error in ServiceNow :

Still, any other workarounds on this might help.
