Hi, I’m new to ServiceNow and currently implementing the DevOps Change Velocity module in my organization. We are using Jira Release per Change, with a customized DevOps Relationship Helper to retrieve commits and pull requests related to work items. This setup works well, but we’ve noticed that DevOps-related information (commits, pull requests, etc.) continues to update and reflect changes in the Change Request, even when the change is in a closed state.
Is there a recommended way to “freeze” or lock these related lists so that, after a certain state (like “Closed”), no further updates are reflected in the Change Request? Any best practices or configuration tips would be appreciated.
