"g_modal.showFrame" and "GlideDialogWindow"

Hi all,

What's the difference between "g_modal.showFrame" and  "GlideDialogWindow"?

They are used in UI Action to open a dialog window (defined in UI page) and I saw  "g_modal.showFrame" was used in Agent Workspace and "GlideDialogWindow" was used in UI16.
