I’m working on a project where I need to display a custom dashboard in the ServiceNow mobile app. I know that ServiceNow provides certain out-of-the-box mobile views, but I’m unsure how to make a custom dashboard accessible from the mobile application.
Here’s what I’m trying to achieve:
- Create a custom dashboard in the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure this dashboard is viewable and interactive within the mobile app (for both Android and iOS).
- I would like to include widgets, reports, and interactive data on this dashboard.
So far, I’ve created the dashboard in the platform, but I’m not sure how to enable it for mobile or make sure it’s optimized for mobile views.
Things I’ve tried:
- Checked the Mobile Studio, but I’m unsure how to link my dashboard with the mobile app.
Could anyone share the steps to make a custom dashboard visible on the ServiceNow mobile app? Is there any specific configuration or best practices for ensuring it works well on mobile devices?
