"Include none" option on Select Box Wizard Variable

Hi,

I have a Select Box wizard variable and I would like to have that field empty or have the value "-- None --" when the wizard panel loads.   I do not see an option for "Include none".   Any suggestions?

Add "Include None" option from "Form Layout" in wizard variable form.
