"Notepad++ plugin - compare" option is not able to select in software request

Hi @community
The user is unable to select the ‘Notepad++ plugin – Compare’ option in the Software field within the Software Request catalog. The option appears while searching, but after selection it disappears and an error is shown. Additionally, ‘Notepad++ plugin – Compare’ is not available in the cmdb_software_product_model table.

Open catalog client script (onChange) on variable "Software from catalogue" . You have a custom validation is there. Check the logic or share the code screen shot.
