"Notepad++ plugin - compare" option is not able to select in software request

Hi @community 

The user is unable to select the ‘Notepad++ plugin – Compare’ option in the Software field within the Software Request catalog. The option appears while searching, but after selection it disappears and an error is shown. Additionally, ‘Notepad++ plugin – Compare’ is not available in the cmdb_software_product_model table.
Please find the screenshots attached for your reference and advise

Please try from the native view and check whether you are able to raise a request and allocate this item. I believe this could be related to a licensing restriction — it’s possible that there are no remaining allocations available for this product

I checked from the native view as well, but I am still unable to raise a request for that item.

Could you please clarify why the item is visible in the selection list but disappears after being selected?
