One of our ServiceNow instances opens a new tab when the "Preview this record" info button, for a reference field, is double-clicked. Another instance only opens the preview popup.
I've checked the "clickthrough" properties on the sys_properties table and all are the same on both instances.
Can anyone point me in the direction of where this would be configured please?
