I'm trying to add the "Propose a new Standard Change Template" request to our company Service Portal Catalog. I have switched it to the right Catalog and added it into the right Category but I am not able to see it when I go to the Service Catalog. Everything works fine on the back end when using it.
Also updated the Catalog in "Standard Change Properties" to the correct catalog I'm using. If I add the OOB "Standard Changes" category to my Service Catalog then I can see the templates in the Service Portal Catalog but not the template form.
Any ideas would be appreciated!
