Hello, 

I am getting this error when trying to preview an attachment within the Next Experience Attachment component, has anyone else seen this? Looks like it is only is happening one of our environments.

Looks like the issue was our instance not having an undocumented system property called "com.glide.snap.url". After adding that property with the type of string and value of "http://snap/snap",  we got it to work.

This resolved the issue for me as well but how did you find the property and value that it needed to be set to?

Hi Team,

We tried creating the property: "com.glide.snap.url". After adding that property with the type of string and value of "http://snap/snap",  it is not working. 
Still facing the same issue. Could you please help.
