"View/Run" Reports module not working - linking to blank page

Hi,

yesterday I copied a report (via XML) from LIVE into our DEV instance.

When I tried to 'View/Run' this report the main page iframe is completely blank.

I deleted the report on the assumption that it was the copy that caused the problem but it's still not working.

The URL under the module is still 'report_home.do?jvar_selected_tab=myReports' - I've also tried this URL without the arguments (report_home.do) but still no luck.

I've also checked the logs and can't see any errors relating to this URL,

Has anyone ever seen this before?

There are a few discussions on the community but none of them relate to a completely blank iframe.

Any suggestions would be very welcome,

Hi,

HI support checked this out for us and it turned out to be an Angular JS UI Script that we upgraded back in March that was causing the issue.

We're convinced that we've used the 'Report View/Run' in DEV since March but what the heck !

Either way, deactivating the offending UI Script fixed the problem so we're all happy now,

about this :

"Open any report and notice it will not render, only showing a blank screen." 

It may be related to a fix in August 2018,
If you upgraded to Kingston patch 7 or earlier it's a known issue.
Contact HI about this and look to KB0695343.
