How to re-word the below-highlighted onboarding questionnaire form in the employee center to identify as "Risk assessment" instead of the word "IRQ". Please provide some steps.

1. Mouse Right Click on the label you want to change. In your case the User who will respond to the initial IRQ... text

2. Select Configure Dictionary

3. Alter the Column Label to your desired text 

4. Save
