Hello,
We are considering making certain fields in the RITM and SCTASK read-only. What are the best practices or recommendations for achieving this? Additionally, we need to ensure this applies to both the workspace view and the module view.
Any information that can be shared is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi @RMendoza
I prefer to go as much as no code/ low code, To make it read-only UI policy is best as you can set up some conditions but if you want to make it read-only without any conditions then you can make it at a dictionary level but in this case, if that field is used anywhere else then it becomes read-only there as well if extended from other tabel.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
