Read-only role users can not see mails in ticket activities.

I have selected emails in the ticket activities filters aswell.

 

Could you please help me, i want read-only users to see mail in case records activities aswell

Hi Nitin,

Are the outbound mail enabled for the platform an also for the users? What type of users are these? Do they have any snc_internal or snc_external role or so?

Both inbound and outbound enabled for platform.
