Reassignment count for a assignment group

I need to find the average of reassignment done to a particular group.

I am thinking to create a Brule to create an metric when assignment group changes to that group.

Can anyone has worked on this before.Kindly let me know

I think it is AND and OR

Reassignmnet Count > 1

AND

group = X

or group = Y

try to do like this an dont add so many group,. add 1/2 and test.

Let's make it simple

Reassigement count > 1

AND

Group = X

or

Group  = Y

Just try with 2 groups as of now.
