Reassignment count for a assignment group

I need to find the average of reassignment done to a particular group.

I am thinking to create a Brule to create an metric when assignment group changes to that group.

Can anyone has worked on this before.Kindly let me know

Go to configure tab

and there you get option group by -- Assignment Group.

I mean to say if I want if I want to see how many time the assigned-to get changed irrespective of assignment group.

In that case, you need to create the metric assigned to as we discussed earlier. And follow the same process.

You can create an incident metric for assignment group, hence you can check how many times assignment group changes to that group. Afterwards, you need performance analytics to calculate the average of reassignments done to that group.

I guess there is already a OOB metric for assignment group field. Now if you want to find out the average, you can simply do reporting on this field.
