Reassignment count for a assignment group

I need to find the average of reassignment done to a particular group.

I am thinking to create a Brule to create an metric when assignment group changes to that group.

Can anyone has worked on this before.Kindly let me know

Just a note, you won't need to create a BR to fire the metric; once you create a metric on metric_definition, it will automatically capture. It doesn't need a BR to "fire" it.
