Received Email notification?

We are starting to use quick messages in some situations.  And because of the use of those, some will be responding to those emails.  It does appear to add the received email right to the ticket, which is great.  However we have some groups that would like to receive a notification when they have a received email on the ticket.

 

I thought it would be fairly easy, I must be looking it over.  Is anyone able to give me some pointers on how to make a notification that triggers when a Received Email is added to the ticket? And also a way to include that information on the notification?

You could try creating an inbound email action to generate an event where either parm1 or parm2 has what you want to pass along for the notification such as a stringified JSON object. Then, just call the parm and turn it back into an actual JSON object to get the values through an inline mail script.
