Receiving X.509 Certificate Expired Notifications after Certificate replaced some time ago

I updated the X.509 Certificate on my production instance following the instructions on the Update X.509 support page
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-security-management/page/product/secops-integration-sir/secops-integration-haveibeenpwned/task/update-cert-pawnd.html
I also Validated and Installed the New Certificate on the Certificate Page. I made Inactive the previous certificate. However, I am still receiving a daily notification that says "Your ServiceNow X.509 certificate has expired"
I would like to know what step or instruction I am missing in order to correct this.

Hi

do you also have an SSO setting in your instance? Then maybe this could help you: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0691439

Kind regards
Maik
