Recent Tasks in Service Operations Workspace

When the Service Desk agent raise an Interaction record in Service Operations Workspace, they are given the option to view the callers recent tasks. (Image attached).
When you click on the option it displays cards that show the records they’ve raised. For RITMs it displays the “REQ” number an not the “RITM”.
Just wanted to know if this is configurable and could display the “RITM” instead?

I doubt this is possible.
But you can explore and deep dive on the UI builder component which renders this and see if any config helps you.
