Hi Community,
We are working on a requirement in Employee Center (Service Portal search, EVAM configuration) where external links behave inconsistently depending on where they appear:
- AI Search results (after the search completes): external links open in a new tab. This is the behavior we want.
- Recently Viewed and Suggested (before or while typing in search): the same external links open in the same tab.
Is it possible to open external links in Recently Viewed and Suggested in a new tab? If yes, what configurations are needed?
Thank you!
