Recommended Actions not loading the decision tree on Interaction Record in Configurable workspace

Hi All,

I'm trying to created Recommended actions for Interaction records. I have created a decision tree with reference to interactions, created a context with interaction table, rule and a recommendation. But my Decision tree does not get loaded on the Interaction form.

Note: I also have created a page variant on UI builder to show the recommended actions on the contextual side bar.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

Hi there @shravani191 

I think you did right,  check these once

make sutre your context is correctly set to the Interaction table and that the rule conditions are met.

also  verify your UI Builder page variant is linked and active, Check your permissions to ensure there are no security constraints blocking the decision tree. lastly try Clearing your cache and reload the page, as changes might not reflect 

if nothing solves i suggest you to, check the browser console for errors and review ServiceNow logs for backend issues.

Hi Shravani

I'm also facing the issue, Recommended action is loading admins but not showing for non-admin on agent workspace.

Could you please let me know how did you resolved this issue
