Recommended books

Can anyone suggest a good book that would help with doing things in ServiceNow?   I see there is the "ServiceNow Cookbook" and wanted to see if anyone has used this book or could suggest similar.

Books are great, but i believe you will be better of with the following resources:

a) Learning ServiceNow from Scratch and Prepping for the Certification Exam

b) TechNow Episode List

c) docs.servicenow.com

d) developer.servicenow.com

Hi @carlh 

While other community members have suggested really good materials to refer, I find ServiceNow learning portal really helpful as it now has journey plan based on the role you are in or aspiring for any future role. I have followed multiple journeys like CSA, CIS ITSM and I enjoyed the pathway and journey associated to it.

In our organisation we do get Udemy and LinkedIn business license and I fond really good content that helps us upskill in various product and technologies.
