recommended_field_remediation table is having duplicate records for single CI

Hi All,

 

recommended_field_remediation table is showing duplicate records. How to identify the source of it?

 

For example, XXX is a windows server and it is missing the Supported by value - instead of single record it has 100+ record created in the table. Please suggest

Hi Shanmuga,

This can be due to misconfigured logic in remediation. Go to field remediation  configuration, and see if it is configured to check for the existence of a record before creating a new one.
