Record information page Links are not working in workspace

Hi,

I am working on a custom workspace where we are using the SOW - Sidebar tabs page collection on the record page.

The Record Information page loads correctly. However, when I click the Recent Interactions or Assigned Assets links, instead of displaying the expected content, the sidebar opens to a blank page.

how can i fix this ?

Hi @AVINASHD6403476 ,

The App route is created sow workspace that why the page is not displaying.

Go to this table "sys_ux_app_route" and search for Name - caller records & Route - caller-records.

Do this two records insert & stay in your needed scope and change the App configuration to your custom workspace.
