Record not found error

We are noticing record found error when clicking on an Incident or SCTASK number.
The task and Incident do appear in the Agent's Que but when we click on the number we get a record found error.
This is not happening with all the tickets but came across this issue with couple of time in the past few months.
We looked at the deleted records table, and could not find it there as well.
Any Idea?

A big possibility here is a security acl - i would see if the admin can see the records. If so then whatever if dispolaying the inc number to them is showing them a record they dont have access to. This may or may not need to be fixed security wise. The other alternative is the record was archived.

Thank you, I don't think so we have any ACL on that Incident , Where can I find the archived records.
