Record not found for Configuration Item between alm_hardware and cmdb_ci

I am creating a catalogue item for missing hardware, enabling users to choose from the assets assigned to them and through workflow studio, an incident record will be created for service desk to follow up.

I can't seem to locate the correct record. My list collector variable reference to alm_hardware.

In incident form, the configuration item column is referencing cmdb_ci.

Workflow Studio:

2) Look Up Record

Table: cmdb_ci 

condition: Name is Get Catalog Variables > list_of_assets > Configuration Item > Name

Create Incident Record
Table: Incident

Fields: Configuration Item : 2 - Look Up Record >  cmdb_ci Record > Name

Create 2 Lookup record activities one on Hardware table and one on CMDB_CI table

And check if which field is available to find CI from hardware table
