Hello,
When searching for an SN item that may have been deleted or that the user does not have access to view,
a "Record not found" message is displayed upon clicking the record link.
Could you please let us know where this message is generated from, and whether it's possible to change the wording to something more meaningful?

I don't know how to modify or remove that message and I strongly discourage you from even trying it. As it's OOTB feature. Instead, you can try to understand why the link from your email is going to that place, it might by a typo or misconfigured URL path.
Not sure without having full context from the instance.
What seems the most likely to me is that the SCTASK link is pointing to location that doesn't exist.
