Hi,
When I am trying to open an existing record from my new table, it says 'Record Not Found'. What could be the reason?

Hi Bsss,
In the dictionary of that specific table make sure that the type reference field has the reference table populated.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Without being able to see what's going on it sounds like a cache issue. The records are listed but when the record is read from the database it it can't find it.
Is the instance you're testing on a production instance? It it is not please run a cache.do and try again. If it is, don't run that now, run it after hours as this will have a negative impact on the performance of your system.

Hey Srini,
I think you should contact Support (ServiceNow support) and log an Incident so that your issue can be triaged properly.
Sorry I couldn't help.
Thanks,
Cameron
