Record producer for external users issue with write access in attachment

An Record producer for external users to raise Task for documentation request purpose , I configured all variables with public role

But attachment variable is not working , its hang on loading stage

Cause

This issue occurs only for users who donot have snc_internal role and have snc_external role and an ACL stopping them from uploading attachments in portal.

Resolution

1)Debug using Debug All Security and find the ACL causing the issue

2)Add the required role 'snc_external' in ACL 

or

Add the required role mentioned on the ACL to the user(if it does not cause issue , as per business requirement)
