Record Producer is coming as Blank in ATF

So, here I am trying to fill the details in this page through Employee Center

Now, these are the steps I have done to create the asset

Now, post these steps when I am trying to navigate to reclaim asset page through record producer then it is showing blank

Help me to resolve this please. since in the reclaim asset page, want to fill the field through set variables(sp) method coz custom UI click doesn't work there.

@SangyM  - Please follow below steps for ATF Test creation -

1. Create a User - It should always be an end user and no need to add next step as Impersonate, you will have impersonate field on create user step, please select it and you will be automatically impersonated as created user

2. Open a Record Producer(SP) Step - Select required RP

3. Set Variable values (SP) - You can set field values by this step. Here Please select user you have created as 1st Step 

4. Submit Record Producer (SP)

@Sardash , have impersonated the user again since

created the user -> created the asset -> impersonated as admin -> assigned that asset to the particular user created on step 1 -> impersonated as user to execute the rest of the flow.

Now, coming to the next point.

I can see fields are getting populated when I am navigating to service portal

As soon as I navigate to Employee Center, it is coming blank

@Sardash - so basically the use case is IT team will reclaim the asset from an User who might leave the company or have some reasons.

So, here I am impersonating as End User. (I have created a new user and have impersonated the same)

Then since, we can't use existing hardware records, so here I have created a new hardware under alm_hardware list and have assigned this to myself (end User), so that when reclamation request will be generated then it should show the assets I own.

I am navigating to the Employee Center portal (similar to service portal but different view), there I am navigating to reclaim asset form and then filling the details. (Such as requested for, assets {which I won}, reclamation date).

Now, the issue is if I am opening a record produced(SP) in "Service Portal" portal then it is allowing me to select the asset_reclaim record producer, but whenever I am changing the portal as "Employee Center" I am getting the record producer list as blank. And I definitely want to open the record producer from Employee Center portal.
