Record Producer is coming as Blank in ATF

So, here I am trying to fill the details in this page through Employee Center

Now, these are the steps I have done to create the asset

Now, post these steps when I am trying to navigate to reclaim asset page through record producer then it is showing blank

Help me to resolve this please. since in the reclaim asset page, want to fill the field through set variables(sp) method coz custom UI click doesn't work there.

Did you try clearing instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?

raise a case with ServiceNow since you are unable to select any OOTB record producer on ESC via ATF.
