Record producer is not visible under specific topic in esc portal

I have added a record producer to the topic but it is not showing up under a specific topic in esc portal.

Please check the below screenshots.

I am expecting walk-up appointment record producer in Tech bar topic inside yellow box specified.

Hi @Kishor O,

 

Do users have access to the catalog item at all?
Basically, are the catalog / category and the (not) available for configured correctly for the item.

Did you compare it against the one which is visible?

Did you check any user criteria is restricting?

yes, I have checked and it has the same configuration.

One thing the Record producer which I am trying to show is OOB and Readonly based on protection policy.

Go to User Criteria Diagnostics in the navigator, and see if the user really can access the item.
