Record producer is not visible under specific topic in esc portal

I have added a record producer to the topic but it is not showing up under a specific topic in esc portal.

Please check the below screenshots.

I am expecting walk-up appointment record producer in Tech bar topic inside yellow box specified.

@Ankur Bawiskar  None of the users able to see even an admin .

@Kishor O  Only last thing you could check is if the catalog item is active. (Although I assume you already checked that).

 

If it is active, I would suggest opening a case for Now Support to assist.
I would appreciate if you would let us know the outcome.
