Record producer is not visible under specific topic in esc portal

I have added a record producer to the topic but it is not showing up under a specific topic in esc portal.

Please check the below screenshots.

I am expecting walk-up appointment record producer in Tech bar topic inside yellow box specified.

Yes users are able to see Record Producer when they search from How can we help you.

try this

1) add a User Criteria in Available For All Users

2) then remove the User criteria from Not available for

Is it showing up for admins?
