Record producer not available in service catalog , service portal on search

I have a record producer that isn't showing up in search of service catalog , service portal

1. NO SEARCH is already checked to false.

2. It has catalog and category populated - I can only find it in service catalog page by look by going into category , but not by searching

Can you share a pic of the Record Producer Accessibility and Portal setting tab?

Do you have any role or user criteria added on it?

This is a different Issue , It doesn't even show up service portal , but in service catalog (you have to open services to see it and it isn't visible when searched unlike other catalog items)
