Record to open on the same page in compliance workspace

Hi 

I was just curious to know how to edit the tasks in compliance workspace such that the selected record displays next to 'My items'

So for example, if I open the first issue, it should open next to 'My items' . 

Something similar to 'Service Operation Workspace'.

Is this doable? 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
