Hi Connections,
We have user/groups provisioning issue and that is known issue, we have start manually on demand provisioning every Monday to sync user/groups added newly, we have a catalog item which will run daily/weekly/monthly, want I need to understand when I select weekly a task should be assigned to xyz team on a weekly basis. The very first ritm and task is working as expected my know to point is ' only initial task will be visible in RITM, which will assign to xyz , but another recurring task which are getting create as per schedule, they are not able to view inside RITM, is it right or all recurring tasks also should be visible inside RITM?

If they are linked to the RITM, you should be able to see them. But without any information on how this is setup, that will be hard to troubleshoot.

If I linked to the RITM, then RITM will not get Resolved right? is there any way to have a best practice on my requirement?

I don't know. I don't know how it is setup in your system. But do you really want to have an open task on a closed RITM? Then again: why would you ever create an sc_task that you don't attach to the RITM? A task is meant to resolve the ticket it is linked to.
