Redirect all catalog items from new Service Portal to external URL

I will be creating a new Service Portal with over 100 catalog items.  Upon form submission, I need to redirect the user to an external URL, and passing the REQ opened in the querystring.  Is there a way to configure this globally for a specific portal?

I don't know that there is a way to do this globally. I would also push back on this requirement. Can you provide the business case behind this ask?

@dbaril

why do users want to be redirected from ServiceNow to external URL?

Please share your business use-case although there is a way to achieve this

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

We have an intranet site that hosts a couple hundred forms.  Until we have converted all forms to catalog items, we want the user experience to begin and end on the intranet site.  For example, click a form link on the intranet, it opens the SN catalog item form, upon submit, redirect back to intranet site.  Eventually we will transition over to a Service Portal as the front-end, but we are a long way from converting all the forms.
