Redirect Non ITIL user to Service portal every time.

Hello All,

We have one role "xyz" to all user which is not ITIL.

When this non ITIL user will login it should redirect to SP. Its working as we make changes in script include "spentrypage".

But if "xyz" role user remove "/sp" from url its redirecting to service no UI.

For end user those don't have any role we can redirect them by using property "glide.entry.loggedin.page_ess" .

But how I can achieve this for non ITIL user .

Hello Omkar,

I have already gone through this link. In this link they have not mentioned about if non ITIL (user with different role) user manually remove suffix  /sp , then how to get redirect to Service portal.

Let me know if you have idea about this.

I tried this but its not working. After removing suffix /sp , user able to redirect UI
