Hello All,
We have one role "xyz" to all user which is not ITIL.
When this non ITIL user will login it should redirect to SP. Its working as we make changes in script include "spentrypage".
But if "xyz" role user remove "/sp" from url its redirecting to service no UI.
For end user those don't have any role we can redirect them by using property "glide.entry.loggedin.page_ess" .
But how I can achieve this for non ITIL user .
Help appreciated 🙂

The solution is a UI Script and potentially a script include depending on how in-depth you need it to be. If someone without roles or in this case without the ITIL role attempts to access the internal side of ServiceNow it will redirect them to the portal. If you need an example, please let me know

Hi @Donna B_,
It would be great if you could share an example for scripts to implement this behavior so that end users are always forced to see only portal UI.
Thanks in advance.
