Redirection to the custom url only for email notification and virtual agent

Hi,

Can anyone help on the below;

* How to redirect the email notifications to the custom url.

* How to redirect to the portal while clicking the link in virtual agent.

I tried enabling the 'is Instance url' in custom url but the requirement here is only on the portal end and email notifications, not in the platform UI.

When the email notification link is clicked it should re-direct to the custom url we created. 
For example: 
When I click on the 'take me to the incident' or any other link on the email notifications which routes portal, it should re-direct me to the custom url (abcinternational/incident.do) and not the instance url (abcdev.service-now.com/incident.do) we are using currently.
