Reenabling the Insert Media Function

While I don't know what happened, the ability to use the Insert Media button in the Xanadu Knowledge Article Tiny MCE was disable about two months ago. Instead of seeing a snapshot of the video and then playing it, I get an error message. Clicking the link inside the message plays the video but many do not because all they see is the error.

 

Since we are skipping Yokohama and going directly to Zurich, what steps can I have our ServiceNow team perform to reenable this feature?

 In Xanadu I believe the insert media issue in knowledge is usually due to tighter editor, security, or CSP settings rather than anything related to skipping Yokohama. Basically, To fix it before or during the Zurich upgrade, have the team confirm the TInyMCE media plugin is enabled which should be and that media content isn’t being blocked by the HTML Sanitizer or the CSP and there aren’t any old UI scripts overriding the editor.
