Is this a custom table you created?
Make sure, you don't have any other field set to display as true.

That is the only field with display value as true and it shows as a blank field in the table list view.

The record you see, does it exists? Sometimes if the reference record gets deleted, it shows the sysid instead. Try creating a new record and see if that works.
Also open a record in the reference table and check if it shows you display value as Menu header or sysid

Hi,
ok i understand your problem.
So you need to change layout of reference.
for this right click on column then configure the list layout,and select name from slush bucket as below.
Mark correct or helpful if it helps you.
