Reference field showing no Display value

In the below screenshot, the reference field is showing no Display value, but it has some sysID added. Any idea, what might be missing? We had created this table and data quiet some time back, but recently facing this issue.

Complaints field is referring to some table

In that table you should have some field Marked as Display=True

Did you check if someone disabled it recently for the field which was Display=True earlier?

@Ankur Bawiskar  - Please find below screenshot. It was earlier inactive and now I have set to true and still the same issue

you should check the table Complaints RCA

Inside that table check the dictionary

Also did you check Complaints sysId in your screenshot, that record is present or not?
