Reference field variable not shown on RITM/Task

Facts:

  • Not using MRVS
  • Variable data observed on form view.
  • The field uses auto populate feature.
  • Variable data is available in Flow designer. Ex. The variable populates correctly in email step.
  • But for some reason the field is not shown on Task/RITM(I double checked UI policies...)
  • The reference field in Model Category [cmdb_model_category]. There is an attribute (field decoration) that I do not see OoB. Not sure if this could be issue...

Any ideas?

Hi @Lon Landry4 did you check client scripts? also applies on request item, sc task check boxes when you create UI policy or client scripts?

Searched the script field for model_category (variable in question) but nothing in Client, Scripts, UI Policies, or Business Rules. The variable is auto populated.

Maybe check client scripts or if there are any ACL's on the field
