- Hi
One of the user is facing an issue that he didn't able to view catalogue tasks then I did research on that and found who are having x role are not able to view .
There are two roles X and Y,
Users having x role are not able to view catalogue tasks but having u role those users are able to view .
I have checked ACL, there they have created an ACL under y role users only able to view catalogue tasks so then we added x role under that .
After we checked still they are not able to view catalogue tasks and here even Admin and we are also not able to view catalogue tasks.
Searching for the solution..any suggestions will be helpful
Thanks

@Rajendra_04 Check ACL rules, ensure no conflicts or overrides, and verify correct role assignments and permissions.
please consider my response as helpful and accept the solution if it helps

Thank you Satish ,
The actual problem is here uers who are under x role are not able to view when we give y role they are able to view
I have checked those ACL s ,for y role there are read and write ACL .
I am thinking of creating ACL on x role and will check ,will it works??
Thanks in advance
