Regarding CIS ITSM exam for xanadu version

Hello Guys,

 

I am planning to take CIS - ITSM exam. I just wanted to know the exam pattern of the latest version (xanadu).

 

Whether the pattern will be same as washington release or is there any modification in latest release?

I believe you should go through the exam blueprint and there you will get to know the topics etc.

With regards to Xanadu, yes you can expect few questions from the latest release notes.

there is no change in Pattern.. Its same as previous version only.. even the questions are pretty repearted.

Go through the exam blueprint as this will give you the insight to the approach on how the exam will be and what the topics will be.
